Project Overview
Boulevard is a landmark residential development in the heart of Birmingham, delivering 278 contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments. Designed to set a new standard for modern city living, the scheme features premium communal amenities including landscaped podium gardens, resident parking, a state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, and stylish resident lounges creating a vibrant urban community.

This ambitious project includes the construction of a 15-storey reinforced concrete tower (Block 1a) and a 5-storey steel frame system (Block 1b).

Our Contribution
With over 24 years of collaboration with Bespoke Construction, MBP Door Solutions – Midlands was proud to deliver on one of the largest developments to date for them, three times the scale of our recent Solihull project. Leveraging our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we supplied and installed 1,800 precision-engineered doorsets, including:

• Rapid Fit internal pre-hung doorsets featuring 4 Line Smooth non-fire and FD30 fire doors with MDF frames in Block 1A, and primed edge-banded Paint Grade non-fire and FD30 doors in Block 1B.
• SecureSound Flat Entrance doorsets using Vicaima Dekordor® 3D Grey grooved FD30 foil fire doors with acoustic ratings of 29dB.

Our expertise and scale enabled seamless delivery on this complex, high-volume project, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for large-scale residential developments.
