Project Overview:
Located in the picturesque spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Simpson House has been transformed into 12 luxurious, design-led apartments. The development blends contemporary functionality with traditional elegance, reflecting the Victorian and Georgian heritage of the area.

Our Contribution:
MBP Door Solutions was proud to supply a comprehensive internal door package for this prestigious project, including:

• Rapid Fit Internal Pre-Hung Doorsets – Featuring 2 Panel Smooth moulded doors, supplied in both standard and FD30 fire-rated options.
• Pocket Doors – 2 Panel Smooth moulded doors designed to coordinate with the other doorsets in each apartment.
• SecureSound Flat Entrance Doorsets – FD30 fire-rated and SBD/PAS24 tested, with concealed closers and a 4 Panel moulded design to complement the property’s wall panelling.
• Riser Doorset – FD30 fire-rated Paint Grade riser doorset, primed for on-site decoration.
